Christening gownArticle code: 151037 Lovely simple but very elegant antique white cotton christening gown, ca. 1890.
Very nice gown with lovely details. The gown has a nice waistband which ties in the back, where the waistband is attached in front the gown has some very nice broderie anglaise, and a nice detail is that even the ends of the waist ties are decorated with an embroided edge. The neckline and sleeves are trimmed with very fine embroidery with a timy leaf design. In excellent condition, measures approx. 83 cms long.
